Contribute to the 100 Black Men of Tallahassee Scholarship Fund and Gala
The 100 Black Men of America, Tallahassee Area Chapter is seeking to build mutually rewarding relationships with community partners. Last year, we awarded over $20,000 in scholarships, aiding students in their educational journeys and enabling our continued service in health, education, economic empowerment, and mentoring across our community. This year, through our mentoring program, we were able to provide students with experiences in New Orleans at our National Conference. It is there that several of our mentees were selected to present on youth panels and represent Tallahassee’s impact on young people. The selections demonstrate the continued growth in confidence and maturity that our mentees gain due to your support.

As we aim to expand our reach and deepen that impact, while overcoming reductions in state and federal support toward educational attainment, we kindly request your continued support. Your contribution to the Scholarship Fund will directly empower aspiring students and enable further achievements in our community. As you are aware, our main scholarship fundraiser is our annual Black Tie Scholarship Gala. This year’s event will be hosted again at Florida State University on May 8, 2026, where we hope to award even more in scholarship support to deserving students in this area. To achieve that goal, we need and would like to have your continued support! The 100 Black Men of America, Tallahassee Area Chapter, looks forward to your financial support and your appearance at our Gala.
